Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds are handled for custom software development, automation, integration, support, maintenance, and technology services.
Sparkbridge Innovations provides customized software and technical services that involve planning, engineering time, infrastructure setup, implementation effort, third-party coordination, and ongoing support allocation.
Custom Software and Technical Services
Payments made for custom software development, automation systems, API development, API integrations, dashboards, database work, cloud deployment, consulting, implementation, support, maintenance, and technical services are generally non-refundable once work has started, resources have been allocated, or service access has been provided.
Project-Based Payments
For project-based work, fees may be linked to advance payments, milestones, delivery phases, customization effort, development time, infrastructure setup, or implementation support. Amounts paid against completed work, active development, reserved engineering time, or delivered milestones are non-refundable.
Subscriptions, Support, and Maintenance
Subscription, support, monitoring, hosting assistance, maintenance, and technical support fees are charged for service availability, operational readiness, and team allocation. These charges are non-refundable for the active billing period unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Third-Party Costs
Fees paid to third-party providers such as cloud platforms, domain registrars, hosting companies, API providers, data providers, communication services, software tools, payment gateways, or external platforms are governed by the respective provider's policies and cannot be refunded by Sparkbridge Innovations.
Client Change Requests
Refunds are not provided where the client changes business requirements, delays approvals, withholds required access or information, changes project direction, decides not to continue, or requests functionality outside the agreed scope after work has begun.
Service Suitability
Clients are expected to review proposals, scope documents, demos, service descriptions, technical requirements, and commercial terms before making payment. Dissatisfaction arising from changed expectations, third-party limitations, business process changes, or requirements not included in the agreed scope does not qualify for a refund.
Exception Review
Any refund request, credit note, adjustment, or commercial exception is considered only at the discretion of Sparkbridge Innovations and must be supported by written details. Approval of one exception does not create a general refund obligation for any other service, client, invoice, or project.
